My Recent Purchases from Ulta + Sephora

I recently did some shopping at Ulta and Sephora and today I'm sharing what I bought and why I bought each item. Let's get into it!

elf Camo CC Cream in Light 240 W - This item was a repurchase. I use this CC cream almost every time I do my makeup. What I love about this product and why I've repurchased it so many times is because it's skincare-infused makeup. It's formulated with niacinamide, peptides, collagen, and sunscreen but also provides amazing coverage and it's super affordable.

elf Brow Lift Applicator - I've been obsessed with the elf Brow Lift so when I saw this dual-ended tool specifically designed for the brow lift I was curious to see how it'd change the look of my brows. It has a spoolie on one side and a flat metal piece on the other side.

L'Oreal Telescopic Lift Mascara (Waterproof) - This mascara had been all over my TikToks FYP and I was influenced to buy and try this mascara for myself. I did create a blog post reviewing this mascara, click here to read my honest review.

NYX Cosmetics Lip Pencil in Peekaboo Neutral - Another repurchase. I love these NYX lip liners, they work amazingly and are very affordable. The specific shade I bought is one of my favorites and it's a dupe for the Charlotte Tilbury Pillowtalk lip liner. I have both and I reach for the NYX one more.

L'Oreal Infallible Powder Foundation - This was an unplanned and random purchase that I bought on a whim. So initially I wanted to get the Maybelline Super Stay Hybrid Powder Foundation but they were out of stock in my shade. I ended up buying this one because it was a part of the L'Oreal BOGO sale so I got it for half off and I ran out of my pressed powder. Desperation is what motivated this purchase haha.

This year I really want to improve my skin and I want to invest in new quality skincare so I headed to Sephora for a few key items.

Paula's Choice 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant - Toner is a step that's been missing in my skincare routine for years and so I thought I'd give this one a go. I've heard great things about this toner for such a long time and I've thought about purchasing it in the past but never went through with it so it was time to just go for it. I have oily and acne-prone skin so I like that this toner has salicylic acid and BHA's to improve my skin's texture and overall appearance.

The Inkey List Omega Water Cream - My oily skin loves water-based moisturizers so when I sampled this at the store I loved the way it felt on the back of my hand so I decided to give it a try. It was super affordable so I didn't feel guilty about this purchase but I do want to test it under makeup to see if it'll make the final cut.

The Inkey List Hyaluronic Acid Serum - This was recommended to me by my sister. She's been using this serum for some time and she said it's helped her skin so much. I obviously trust her so I bought it. But I have read how good hyaluronic acid is for hydration and all of its benefits so I'm not doubting it will be a great product to add to my skincare routine.

I'm on the hunt for an eye cream that makes a noticeable difference but eye creams at Sephora are crazy expensive to purchase then not like it. So instead of making a purchase I might regret, I asked for samples and the girly helping me was such an angel. Her samples were so generous and she recommended I try as many as I need so here were my selections.

Farmacy Wake Up Honey Eye Cream - I saw that this was a good hydrating one so I wanted to try it.

Kiehl's Super Multi-Corrective Anti-Aging Eye Cream - This brand is one I've heard great things about and this particular eye cream was recommended by the girly helping me so I accepted her recommendation.

Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado - I've heard about this one throughout the years, some of my favorite influencers have talked about this one, so I'm going to try and see if I like it.

Tatcha The Silk Peony Melting Eye Cream - I'm a fan of other Tatcha products so I assume I'll like this eye cream too.

Caudalie Resveratrol Lift Firming Eye Gel-Cream - This was recommended by the girly helping me.

That's all I got from my recent trip to Ulta and Sephora. I'll be sharing a GRWM using all of these products on my social, so be sure to follow along to see that when it goes up!

xo, Your Girl Jess
