Beauty Wishlist

Happy Monday friends! In this blog post, I'm sharing my shopping wishlist consisting of all things beauty. I'm featuring items ranging from makeup, skincare, hair, nails, and more, along with why these items have made it onto my list.

Let's get started!

SHOP MAKEUP

Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24H Long Wear Matte Foundation - I love a long-wearing and matte foundation and I've heard great things about this one from several influencers so I'm curious to try it out.

Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Longwear Foundation - This here is another one that gets lots of great feedback online and I'm open to trying it out. I love Charlotte Tilbury's products so I'm sure this foundation will be just as outstanding as the rest of her stuff.

Fenty Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Liquid Foundation - Many years ago I tried this foundation and I don't remember why I stopped using it or if I returned it. Anyway, I want to give it a second try because I think I'd like the soft matte formula and the coverage.

NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer - I was introduced to this concealer by the beauty queen of TikTok, @mikaylanogueira. It covered her blemishes flawlessly and I want to see how it works on my blemishes and my very oily skin type.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Cream Bronzer - Cream bronzers are my jam! What really draws me to this one is the packaging that it's in. I like that it's in a circular container so I can swirl my brush in and pick up the color in that way, I personally think it would help blend the product better. I've seen this be applied on a couple of beauty influencers that I follow like @iluvsarahii and @amrezy and it looks beautiful.

Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand - This contour wand has gone viral on TikTok that it's completely sold out right now. Again, going back to how much I love this brand, I'm sure I would immediately fall in love with this contour wand.

Rare Beauty Stay Vulnerable Melting Cream Blush - Another makeup product I've grown to love in the past year is cream and liquid blush. I've seen this one floating around on the internet and so many people have good things to say about it. Not only that, but I want to try Rare Beauty as a brand in general and I think this would be a great first product to try.

Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder - I use setting powders every time I do my makeup so I would love to try this one because everyone raves about it, and again I adore Charlotte Tilbury.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze Styling Wax - Natural brows are where it's at right now and I thankfully have pretty full brows that only require brow gel and a few strokes of a brow tint pen so when I saw this on the Sephora website I was intrigued. I've never tried a solid wax or bar soap to set my brows, I've only ever used gels so I think this would be fun to try.

Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Primer - Over the past few years this primer has remained at the top of many people's favorites and I'm curious to know why. Now I don't normally wear a primer but I'm open to trying this one to see if it makes a difference in the application and longevity of my makeup.

Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray - I've gone through about three of these so this is simply on the list because it's good and I need to repurchase.

Morphe Continuous Mist Setting Spray - This is an affordable setting spray that I've had my eye on for quite a while now but I don't know why I don't buy it, haha. Maybe one day I'll just go for it.

Cinema Secrets Makeup Brush Cleaner - I've used this brush cleaner in the past and oh my goodness is it the absolute best one I've tried. This cleans your brushes in seconds and it drys them just as quick!

SHOP SKINCARE

Lightstim for Acne - I've been struggling with hormonal acne since graduating high school and I have tried so many products and lifestyle changes to get rid of it and through many years of trial and error it has improved tremendously, however, the acne is not completely gone. I've heard lots of good things about using light therapy for acne from both professionals and non-professionals that I'm really intrigued to try a device like this one out.

DRx SpectraLite FaceWare Pro - This is another product similar to the first, however, this one helps with fine lines, wrinkles, blemishes, and redness, as where the first one is only targeted for blemishes and redness.

Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm Makeup Remover - Way back this makeup remover used to be all the hype and I never tried it so I thought I'd add it to my list so that I can try it out one day.

DHC Deep Cleansing Oil - Double cleansing seems to be really trendy right now and I keep seeing this cleaning oil all over my TikTok to do so and I want to give it a shot. It appears to take off everything so effortlessly without the need to pull or tug at the skin.

Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Hydra-Gel Eye Patches - I love a hydrated undereye so I want to give these a try. They had great reviews, they're just pretty pricey.

Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Eye Cream - I asked you guys once on my Instagram story to recommend a good eye cream and so many of you suggested I try this one.

Glow Recipe Watermelon Pink Juice Oil-Free Moisturizer - When I was at Sephora I applied some of this onto the back of my hand and the water-like texture felt incredible. It was so lightweight, yet hydrating, it didn't feel sticky after it dried down, and it smelt deliciously fruity.

Tatcha The Water Cream Oil-Free Pore Minimizing Moisturizer - I remember trying a mini version of this many years ago and I don't remember how I felt about it. For that reason, this moisturizer had made it back onto my list because I want to see if it truly helps to minizine pores.

Good Molecules Caffeine Energizing Hydrogel Eye Patches - Browsing through the Ulta website I found these affordable eye patches that had pretty positive reviews so I thought I'd include them in this list.

Patchology FlashPatch Rejuvenating Eye Gels - These eye gels are at a mid-range price point in comparison to the Good Molecule ones and Peter Thomas Roth ones.

Ice Roller - The thought of putting something ice cold on my face first thing in the morning sounds a little torturous but I think the results would be well worth it. From what I've read ice rolling can help depuff the face and undereye area, help calm and reduce redness, boost blood circulation, and can have skin tightening effects, among many other benefits.

Mini Skincare Fridge - This item is certainly not a necessity as a standard fridge would work just fine, but that's why this is a wishlist. Anyway, it would be nice to have a designated refrigerated area in my bathroom for my skincare products to stay nice and cold. Tip: put your eye patches in the fridge and then apply them after your skincare in the morning to help with depuffing.

SHOP HAIR

OUAI Heat Protection Spray - I'm someone who uses heat on their hair about twice a week so having a heat protectant is a must! I learned about this one on TikTok, in a bizarre but fascinating video. In the TikTok video, someone sprayed this onto half of a piece of toast and they put the toast in the toaster and when the toast came out, only half was burned. I was sold immediately by seeing that visual!

Pacifica Indian Coconut Nectar Hair + Body Mist - Do you ever have those moments when your hair is fresh and clean then you go outside for some time and then you realize your hair smells like outside? Or is this just a 'me' problem? Haha. Well, anyway, I'm not a fan, and my way to get rid of it is by adding perfume to my hair which is not good because most perfumes have alcohol which is a drying agent, and putting that in the hair is no bueno. So when I was browsing on the Ulta website I came across this hair mist which contains no alcohol and it had amazing reviews.

Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo - One of my favorite influencers, Alisha Marie, raves about this dry shampoo and well, I've been influenced to want to try it, and now it's on my list. That's all!

Dyson Airwrap Styler - This is THE most expensive item on this list and honestly it's on here because I want to see what all of the hype is about. Everyone seems to be obsessed with this Dyson styling tool and I want to find out why! I'm someone who uses a hot air brush at least once a week to give myself a blow-out so if I had this, I know I would definitely use it constantly.

Olaplex No.8 Bond Intense Moisture Mask - I've heard so many great things about this brand so naturally, I want to try it. I like doing hair masks at least once a week in the shower and I found this one while browsing the Sephora website and it sounds perfect for my dry, frizzy, and curly hair type.

Bumble and bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Heat + UV Protective Primer - I want to try this heat protectant because the woman who cut my hair at Ulta recommended it but it was sold out in-store at the time so I got the Bond-Building Repair Styling Cream to try the brand and I really liked it so I'd like to try this one next.

Leopard Headband - Not technically a haircare product, but a product for the hair, this thick leopard headband. I would love one of these to keep my hair out of my face when doing my skincare and/or makeup.

SHOP NAILS

OPI Crystal Nail File - Over the last few months I've been on top of my nail health and I recently heard that filing the nails with a crystal nail file is better for the health of one's nails as opposed to using a traditional nail file. Now, I'm not sure if that's true or not, but it definitely was enough to intrigue me to want to find out which is why this item has made it onto my list.

Essie Apricot Cuticle Oil - I've noticed a big difference in the health of my nails by using cuticle oil. The one I'm currently using I found at Target and I'm almost out of it so I would like to try this one next because it had great reviews.

ella+mila Oil Me Up Cuticle Oil - The difference between this cuticle oil and the previous one is that this one seems to be made with better ingredients so I'd like to have this one to compare to the Essie one.

Sally Hansen Nail Pro Tool Kit - My love for nail art has grown over the past year, so much so that I've been experimenting with designs on my own nails using a white striping polish. Having this brush set would make it so much better to create new and fun designs using any nail polish color from my collection.

SHOP FRAGRANCE

Viktor + Rolf Flowerbomb - I have the mini version of this perfume and oh my goodness, it smells amazing! The scent lasts the entire day on me and the bottle is beautiful. I'm almost completely out of this fragrance so it had to make it back onto my beauty shopping wishlist. The scent notes for this one are jasmine, orange blossom, and patchouli.

YSL Black Opium - I've heard so many great things about this perfume both in-person and online that I'm dying to try it out. The warm and spicy description sounds like it's a perfume that is right up my alley. The scent notes for this one are black coffee, warm flowers, and vanilla.

Do you own any of the products on this list? Let me know down in the comments section of this blog post.

That concludes my shopping wishlist consisting of all things beauty. Thank you for taking some time out of your day to visit my blog, I appreciate you more than you'll ever know. Until next time friends, take care!

xo, Your Girl Jess
