My Go-To Healthy Smoothie

For the last few years this has been my smoothie of choice, it's super healthy, easy to make, tasty and vegan-friendly! I like to drink this in the mornings as a meal replacement or as a snack between meals when I'm really hungry. I personally find this smoothie to be satisfying and filling. It's very easy and quick to make and requires minimal ingredients.

  • Organic Spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • Organic Bananas
  • Organic Chia Seeds
  • Organic Cocoa Powder
  • Organic Maca Powder (optional)
  • Almond Milk (I use unsweetened vanilla)
  • Ice

  • Add 1 cup of ice to blender
  • Add a handful of spinach
  • Peel and add 1 or 2 bananas (adding 2 makes it taste sweeter)
  • Add 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
  • Add 1 tbsp. of cocoa powder
  • Add 1 tsp. of maca powder (optional)
  • Add about 1 cup of almond milk
  • Blend all of the ingredients together
  • Drink up and enjoy
