INGREDIENTS
- Organic Spinach (fresh or frozen)
- Organic Bananas
- Organic Chia Seeds
- Organic Cocoa Powder
- Organic Maca Powder (optional)
- Almond Milk (I use unsweetened vanilla)
- Ice
DIRECTIONS
- Add 1 cup of ice to blender
- Add a handful of spinach
- Peel and add 1 or 2 bananas (adding 2 makes it taste sweeter)
- Add 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
- Add 1 tbsp. of cocoa powder
- Add 1 tsp. of maca powder (optional)
- Add about 1 cup of almond milk
- Blend all of the ingredients together
- Drink up and enjoy
