This recipe is simple to prepare and takes minimal time to cook; which is perfect if you're short on time. INGREDIENTS
- Almond Meal/Flour [¾ cups]
- Mozzarella Cheese [1½ cups]
- Cream Cheese [2 tbsp]
- One Egg
- Toppings
- Pizza Sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 420℉
- Combine 2 tbsp of cream cheese and 1½ cups of mozzarella cheese in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute
- Take the mixture out of the microwave and stir the two ingredients together before placing it back into the microwave for an additional 30 seconds
- Take the mixture out of the microwave for the final time and mix
- Add ¾ cups of almond flour to the mixture and stir
- Add one egg into the mixture and mix together until it becomes dough-like
- Run hands under water then take your pizza dough and flatten the dough into a circle on a round pan with parchment paper
- Poke the entire pizza dough with a fork before putting it into the oven to reduce air pockets
- Place the dough in the oven for 10 minutes
- Take the pizza dough out of the oven, add sauce, cheese and any other toppings you'd like
- Place back in the oven for about 3 minutes or until the cheese has completley melted
- Serve and enjoy!
