Cider First Impression + Try On Haul

This week I tried a clothing brand that's new to me, called Cider, and I'm sharing an unboxing, my first impression of the items, and a try-on of all everything I received. That video is over on my YouTube channel (video linked below) so be sure to watch to get all the tea!

I've included the links to the items featured in my video below along with some details. To see how the pieces looked on, check out my video.

Sizing: Ordered a size Medium and the fit is oversized and true to size.

First Impression: It looked exactly as it did on the website, however, what I wasn't expecting was for the fabric to feel as starchy as it did. I imagined it to feel softer, almost like a linen fabric, but I think a cycle in the wash with a good fabric softener could help this very minor issue. The fabric is also on the lighter side and not thick which I think is going to be great for spring and hopefully good for the summer time too.

This top is available in the colors baby pink (pictured) and white. It retails for USD $24.

Sizing: Ordered a size Medium and the fit is true to size.

First Impression: When I saw on the website that this was a mesh dress, I didn't know what to expect, but to my surprise, it wasn't as see-through as I was expecting. Most of the dress is lined apart from the chest area but wearing an undergarment could easily provide security in that section. The straps on this are adjustable and the length is perfect. I also really like that the fabric is incredibly lightweight and has a fun pattern.

This dress is available in only this color and print. It retails for USD $26.

Sizing: Ordered a size Medium and it has a tight fit. I would recommend sizing up.

First Impression: This looked exactly as pictured, however, I was a bit discontented when I noticed it was tight in certain areas like the neck and booty area. But I will say that after wearing it for about 5 minutes the neck area started to feel a bit more comfortable. I also realized that there are different ways to wear this swimsuit. Be sure to watch my video to see ways to wear this swimsuit!

This swimsuit is available in only this print and color. It retails for USD $22.

Sizing: Ordered a size Medium and the fit is true to size.

First Impression: I was worried that the straps on these tanks would be ill-fitting because they aren't adjustable but I didn't have any issues at all. The fabric is soft, stretchy, and so comfy! And I'm obsessed with the vibrant pink and orange colors- perfect for the season and very on trend.

This top is available in the colors pink and orange. They retail for USD $18 each.

Sizing: Ordered a size Medium and the fit is true to size.

First Impression: The floral print on this top is beautiful, the sleeves are slightly puffy which I'm a big fan of. The neckline is so flattering and the double tie front detail is too cute! The fit was great, I felt no tightness from the elastic around the arms, and the back is shirred so it does have stretch in that section. It also isn't highly cropped, it's cropped at the perfect length.

This top is only available in this color and print. This blouse retails for USD $24.

First Impression: I was impressed by how lightweight these hoops felt, it didn't even feel like I had earrings on! They're a staple style of earrings and I like the detail on them too.

These earrings are only available in this color and are currently out of stock at the time of writing this blog post. They retail for USD $2.

All in all every item looked exactly as it was advertised on the Cider website and the quality of each item was great! I give this brand my stamp of approval and would recommend shopping here.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog post, I hope you found it helpful!

Until next time friends, take care.
