A few weeks ago I was gifted these Kat Von D beauty products to try, test and review. Now that I've had time to play with the products and familiarized myself with them I can give you all my honest thoughts and opinion.

Starting off with the KVD Lock-It Powder Foundation, it retails for $36 and is available in 26 shades. I personally think the powder is really nice as it provides my skin with the coverage I want and need. Much like the KVD Lock-It Liquid Foundation, this powder is full coverage. The texture is very smooth and silky and it stays put all day long. It's also vegan and cruelty-free which is a huge plus in my book! The color I was sent was 135 and it didn't quite match me very well, for that reason I haven't been using this powder as much as I'd like but I do plan on getting my right shade. Overall I give this powder an 8/10.

Moving onto the KVD Tattoo Liner, it retails for $20 and is available in 2 shades. I was gifted the shade Trooper Black which is a satin black and I LOVE IT! This is hands down the best felt-tip liner I've tried to date. The pigmentation is incredible which makes drawing on a wing really easy because you don't need a lot of pressure to get a good color payoff. The applicator allows for precision when creating that perfect wing which I find to be extremely helpful. I personally found this liner to stay on my skin all day long without smudging or fading. This product claims to be waterproof - I did not test this out for myself so I can't confirm or deny that claim. Overall I give this liner a 10/10.
