Today I created this sparkly eye look using the new Urban Decay Stoned Vibes palette. You guys, this palette is so beautiful inside and out. It's definitely going to be a palette that I have displayed on my shelf - that's how beautiful the packaging is, and the shades inside are just as stunning.

Inside there is a total of 12 eyeshadows; 4 matte shades and 8 marbleized shimmer shades. The mattes are very blendable and nicely pigmented. The shimmers have lots of sparkle and they have buildable pigment. Both the matte and shimmer shades had a little bit of kick-up when I dipped my brush into them, but I didn't mind that at all.
The Urban Decay Stoned Vibes palette retails for $54 and it's 100% vegan and cruelty-free. It's currently available for purchase at UrbanDecay.com and at Ulta both online and in-store. It will be available September 20 at Sephora, Nordstrom, Macy's and QVC.
My overall rating for this eyeshadow palette is 10/10. The shades are pigmented, blendable, and beautiful. The palette is a work of art and it includes a double-end eyeshadow brush and a large mirror.
