Two Christmas' ago my fiance bought me a Nikon camera and for the longest time I never put any time and effort into learning how to properly use it (Why? I have no clue). I'd always just shoot everything in the Auto setting and never gave it a second thought, until recently.
One night I was looking through the pictures on my blog and Instagram and I wasn't too pleased with the way my content was looking, it all looked so blah. That moment finally made me take the time to actually read the camera manual for the first time, learn tips and trick on photography and find out how to work with lighting. Learning about this subject was honestly fun for me, so much so that I'm going to continue educating myself on photography so that I can improve and produce better content for you guys.
The first thing I did was change background, I was getting so bored of having that same wall as my background it was so boring and unappealing. Second thing was to adjust my lighting, I'm a sucker for nice bright photos I think they look so pretty and eye catching. I know I still have a lot of improving to do but we all start somewhere.
